Just thought I,d tell you about the cd my counsellor recommended :-
COMPLETE RELAXATION BY GLENN HAROLD
To begin with I was a bit reluctant to use it as I was a bit sceptical about self hypnosis but all it does is put me in a state of complete relaxation as the title says.I try and listen every day, but if I can't I make myself lie down and listen when I'm feeling really anxious and it really helps, hope this is of some use.
