hi guys, I'm up again with nerves & don't feel great, I have work today at 1pm. I feel panicky about going and then comes the nausea feeling. I'm still not eating properly and this is now week 3, I feel tired and weak from the loss of appetite, feeling very low at the moment. I have booked a telephone assessment with a therapist on Monday, can only try and see if it helps me, I'm really fed up and just want to go back to normal xxx
