Feeling like my left leg is numb and dragging when I walk?

This started about a week ago. It feels numb only when walking but I pinch and prod my leg and all the feelings there. When I walk it feels as though I'm dragging the front of my calf along with me. It just feels like it doesn't want to go. Very weird feeling. Can anyone shed any light on this?? X

I get this! I'm 26, mine sometimes feels a bit sore too, like I can feel fingers running along the skin but it feels heavy and numb when moving...I've no idea what it is either!! doctors haven't really shed any light on it for me either, mine comes and goes. i'll watch this post for any helpful replies! x
