went for another ultrasound on lump

So today went for another ultrasound on lump which i have on my rib. Again was told its nothing but lobulated fatty tissue. I dont know why i am still worried about this since i first noticed it back in march 2013

Im mad with myself for wasting my life still worrying over this panicking tests are wrong even though this will be my 4th ultrasound. Dr sent me said if find something they will remove it but again nothing seen on ultrasound. Im trying to tell myself couldnt be wrong again.

im worrying about loads lately. Tonsil assymetry small itchy mole. I hate myself when iv been told all is fine with me. Iv a fear of terminal cancer this is where all this stems from.

iv got an intense cbt course starting end of october which im looking forward too.

can anybody try and reassure me about ultrasound results.

I've posed this question to other posters.

You've had hard core scientific proof that what you fear is benign and non threatening. What could anyone say here that would be any more reassuring?

Thanks i know your right. Iv got to trust what iv been told. Im worrying about so much lately iv never been so bad.
