racing heart all day

so my heart has been racing all day which i find really distressing :( what is everyone else's experience with this like? how do you deal with it?

It must be the day for racing hearts, because mine was all crazy today, too. How I'm dealing with it? I'm watching movies in my underwear, eating some healthy foods, and reading how other people deal with it. Basically trying to go easy on myself and relax. Deep breathing, meditation, and prayer to follow.
I wish I had a quick, easy answer, but I just try to let it happen and let myself keep living. It is scary, though, and hard to accept. You're not alone!!!

Have you tried Bach's rescue remedy? You can get it in Boots or most health shops. It's a natural (flower based) beta-blocker x
