Weird Thoughts!

Hi Everyone
I Been having bad panic attacks for about 2 weeks.About 10 years ago I had panic disorder which took me long time to get over.
This time some of my symptons are different just wanted see if anyone else gets these. I keep getting weird thoughts like i would do something mad or bad then i get scared and have a really bad pt. It really freaks me out as i am not a violent or bad person a bit of a softie who cries a lot! I have worked out this is the trigger to my attacks its like my mind is playing tricks on me trying to test me.Also mettalic taste and my hands shake a lot.
Would be most grateful for any advice
