Itchy skin

I have being doing great lately and have decided to go off my citraplam. Went cold turkey before and it was horrendous with head zaps and dizzy sick feeling. Taking it slowly this time with doctors advice. I am now done to 5mg but the last few days I have had itchy skin. I currently have a cold also. I don't know if the itchy skin is my anxiety and concentrating on it or the meds withdrawl. I was worried about lymphoma but I can't feel any lymph nodes. Anybody any thoughts ?

Why is it a normal anxiety symptom I notice it worse the more I think about it

I always find itchy skin so much worse when I think about it.

The other day I had it. I was feeling quite itchy, but because I was aware of it, it made it 100 times worse.

I know what you mean. The odd time a letter comes home from kids school about head lice and automatically you start itching

Seriously, I itch quite a lot an it worries me. I think about it, then I itch more. x
