Hi pinklady and welcome!

Yes I suffer from HA too, as well as OCD. Originally started as panic attacks out of nowhere around 5 years ago and then has come back to remind me it's still there over the last few weeks.

Hope you find the site as informative and helpful as I have and I've only been here a day!
