Itchy skin

been on citraplam for 2 years and went cold turkey 5 months ago it was horrendous and went back on the mess. Not getting off them slowly as per my doctor. Now down to 5mg but the last few I have been feeling itchy last a few seconds in one spot then a different spot. Don't know if this is an anxiety symptom or withdrawl symptom. Anyone suffered from itching as a withdrawl symptom ?

Went from 20 mg to 10 mg and now back on 20 mg .

Just asking why the rush to come off them ?

If you dont feel right have 10 mg maybe for longer ?
