Hello peeps,

New to this site and want to to firstly say hello "Hello" and then to share with you my techniques that I use and practice.

First one that I use is Faster EFT which is on you tube , and you tap as you talk through an issue

Second google its-very-easy-to-deal-with-your-anxiety-using-your-vagus-nerve i mainly practice breathing 4 in the nose and 10 out through the mouth with pursed lips.for ten breaths.
This I practice 2-3 times a day. and this will kill of the dreaded adrenalin rush.. after I got the hang of this..I now can stop the rush within 1-2 goes of

Thirdly is focusing on counting my breathing in groups of ten (mindfulness)

Lastly and the best of all for me. only so this twice a week and it is important to have a sleep afterwords... TRE tumour releasing exercise. this is a really good way to be grounded . you can find this on youtube.

and questions please feel free to ask

PS.. Also hydration is very important and a 20 min walk a day to burn of the adrenalin .
