Live in Ireland 20 years, but born and raised in Uk

Had anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember, but getting treatment the last 7 years, had a bit of a blip this last 12 months but hopefully getting back on track

And with the help of the folks on this site, hope to speed things up, while giving advice on my experience's
