I had my second CBT session the other day and thought id share this tip because its one thing that works for me.

When i feel the panic starting to set in, I start to sing (ok it can be embarrassing if you have a car full!, plus i'm a cr*p singer) but generally I travel alone with work in my own car.

The singing controls your breathing without you even realising, and the panic slowly goes.

I have terrible anxiety in the car �� especially if I'm Driving! Singing actually seems to make it worse for me bc I feel out of breath or something from singing (hard to explain)! But I really hope that helps you!!!!! ☺️☺️
