ringing !!!!

Hi ive had ringing in my ears for 3 weeks now and pain round my nose and forehead,including a stiff neck,ive been to the docs but she said it would go away eventually,icant believe its still ongoing,does anyone else suffer with anything like this but i wouldnt wish it on anyone.

Yep, I've had ringing in my ears for years now. Believe me when I say that thinking about it makes it way worse. Look into techniques for attenuation. It'll make it much better if you stop concentrating on it and let it become background noise!
