Feels Like Water In Ear

For 2 years on and off I've had this feeling of water in my ear. I can actually move my finger and hear it squishing, yet nothing comes out.

I mentioned this to doctors and they don't seem bothered, I'm worried I have a brain tumour because I can't find anyone who has had this same issue as me.

Aprox 5 minutes ago I got a feeling like cold water was coming out of my ear, I touched it and nothing. Weird!

sounds familiar.. the times i've had it though it's just stopped, on it's own
