Had an appointment through in august for ESA health assessment which I told them I couldn't go to as need a home visit due to agoraphobia. Dr faxed a letter to them which they filed and completely ignored so I went down as a no show . DWP then said I had to go appeal process to say me " not turning up " was justified. That was sorted so I was just waiting for letter about home visit then got another letter to go to an assessment centre. Have been told not enough information in DR's letter. Spoke to doctor today and he read his letter to me . it said I have anxiety disorder which has resulted in agoraphobia and I am unable to travel. What more information do they need!!!!!!!!! Luckily my gp is brilliant and he's going to sort it out for me . sorry for the rant but am so fed up. Did anyone else have these kind of problems?
