chain emails and messages

does anyone else get worked up about these ?

i never used to but tonight i read something on facebook and it had me pacing and pacing with panic and anxiety.i still havent calmed down

i didnt pass it on as i wouldnt want to inflict the same stress onto anyone else but i found it very distressing

yes sometimes.

i saw 1 yesterday (i won't post what it was about for obvious reasons), but i ended up really feeling for the person- and seeing myself their in the middle of it too about to suffer the same fate
