i've mainly came here for some tips. my friend has a plymouth anxiety support group on meetup and i felt it was about time i made one from my area, torbay.

its tricky to find new members as most people come across these things by chance. so i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how i could promote this group and find the people who need it most.

Hi, your local library and community centre could display a leaflet for you.. possibly your doctor surgery notice board too? There is always Facebook too.
