well I went to the doctors in an agitated mess which he could see...ive been referred to my local mental health clinic in the meantime he gave me some Ativan instead of diazepam,

looking at this pill the size of a grain of rice I thought lol!!!!!

then wham 2 hours later I was living a normal life for a majority of the day

I have took that in the past. It does wonders !! So glad you got some relief....
