Hi. I'm new to the site/forum. I started suffering with terrible health anxiety a few months ago. Horrible physical symptoms and constant fear. I have it a little bit more under control now due to starting some CBT sessions. However I also have some really stressful things going on in my life at the moment. I'm really suffering from upper arm/shoulder pain in both arms. It's not all the time and only really hurts when I move my arms. Feels muscular but it's there every day and worse when I wake up. Anyone else have this? Can anxiety/stress really cause long term muscle pain/soreness? Help!!! 😁

I have arm pain but mine is more of an ache when I'm still and twiggy sharp pains in my elbows and arm bones X
