Extreme Tiredness after 8 days. Does it get better?

I am only on 10mg but I feel like a zombie when I take it. I have my dose at 7.30am and I usually have to go back to bed the last few days. Luckily I can but when I am back working this could be a problem.

I've got back on the coffee which I quit a month ago because it is so bad!

I felt that for the first few weeks really badly. It has gone for me now!

Thanks that's good to know, just had to have another lie down after a 3 mile walk along the beach!

Luckily the meds are doing their thing and I am feeling less anxious I just need to get thru this particular side effect. I don't have anything else like nausea. Just this tiredness and some dizziness when I get up from a nap.

I wonder if when the tiredness disappears and I up the dose to 20mg will it return twice as bad!

Just to update this thread, it did get better quickly when exercise and routine became a part of my life again. I have lots of energy now and don't sleep in the day any more:)
