Trapped wind?

Hi all, last night I had stabbing pains in chest, not sure if this was anxiety as had a rough time lately.
Today, had a couple of stabbing pains but mostly an uncomfortable ache near heart. Not sure if this is trapped wind. It's painful at times.
Any advice would be appreciated, the logical part of me is saying a heart attack wouldn't last all day, the anxiety part of me is driving me crazy.

Trapped wind is bloody awful I had trapped wind on my ears weird but not pleasent

Thanks Wigan, got my assessment call tomorrow for therapy, see what the next recommended step is. Really took a dip over past couple of months and struggling to rationalise anything. Main focus is back to my heart. Xx
