pulsation need reassurance

I have bad anxiety 33 years old latly when i lay on my back i feel pulsating sensation in my lumbar region always have back pain and have a bulge feeling maybe herniated disc about 2 years ago had a ct of abdomen for unrelated reasons and everything was fine i always worry about aaa so just need reassurance

It's more than likely that you've had tense muscles as a result of anxiety and stress, you may have knots in your neck, shoulders and back..and these can cause trapped nerves. I've found a trapped nerve in my neck has given me a pulsating feeling in my back. Maybe try deep heat on these areas, ask someone for a massage and try muscle soak in a hot bath. The feeling should eventually go away x
