Hi, just realised I have anxiety attacks and suffer from depression. Doc has me on sertraline 50mg to start. Have had a few real bad days but today seems more positive. I thought a lot of my symptoms were due to some physical illness, I guess I was kidding myself and not prepared to accept it was anxiety. Anyway here I am😄 and finding lots of useful info on this site. I am male and almost 60.

Anxiety and depression can manifest itself in all sorts of ways. I have often thought that I must be ill rather than "just" anxiety. But I'm not. I wish you all the best.
