hi all, just wondering if anyone knows how to get over the constant worrying about the state of our health?
im constantly worried that i have some kind of lung disorder, namely cancer, even though ive had x rays im still anxious and feel like im time bomb just waiting to go off.
any help and advice will be greatly appreciated:)
