numb sensations in face

Hi does anyone get a numb sensation in the left side of face...also I have a floppy feeling in left arm and leg sometime...do u know what this is?....It does pass after a while but it's a weird sensation.

I also get numb sensations in the left side of my face, Mine is more like a tingly feeling, at times there is a feeling of fullness too.

Mine do not travel down my arm or leg and seem to just stay in the same place, mainly cheek area sometimes up around my eye socket.

I think tingling is common with anxiety, i have put mine down to nerves as i have a terribly tight neck and shoulder and my posture is not good either. Although i do notice mine more when i think about it or when i get stressed :)

I sent a message to a doctor on line who said it could me a symptom of anxiety but should get checked out for Tia which is mini strokes that last seconds....that's scared me now
