I have upper right back/shoulder pain that's radiating in the top of my arm that the dr thinks is muscular. I have had massages and it doesn't help, it's getting worse. I am worrying it's my lung. Would a shoulder xray and a thoracic spine xray show my lungs too?

This is nothing like the pains when I have lung inflammation .
Getting back to your question of the X-ray no you would have to ask for a chest X-ray

I keep thinking if it was my lung i don't think it would hurt if i shrug my shoulder etc.
