Hello. Been suffering with anxiety and depression for a few months now. Been back and forwards to the doctors and chopping and changing meds with not much luck. I have joined to get help and support and maybe I can support others where possible

Hi Benji. I have been on and off meds for years too. Sometimes I think I can do it by myself and sometimes I know I can't. On Prozac right now. I wish you all the best.
