Hi all.
I've been on a new website today directly connected with those of us who drink too much. They have a chat room and support network there which I have found useful.
The address of the site is http://www.unhooked.com. If you do go into chat please don't expect a softly softly approach. The people you will be chatting with are recovered alcoholics and know just how much damage you are currently doing to your mind / body.
I stayed there for a couple of hours and found them to be a nice bunch of people.
I know this post doesn't apply to most, but thought it may help other self medicaters out there.
