:) hi everybody happy Friday 😄
I originally joined 3 years ago, but unfortunately lost my account details so rejoined last month ( been away for a while ).
Had my anxiety controlled until last Wednesday, while having a routine check up my GP told me that I have Mitral Valve Prolapse. Ugh !
For me personally I have had some very good support in the past, helpful, informative and loads of comforting words.
I suffer from panic disorder, anxiety for 11 years and take SSRI drugs and now MVP ugh !
Anyways thanks for your time.
