Filling full to quickly after eating

Since, I started to suffer bad anxiety and panic attack starting in April, I know loss of appetite come with it and my first week was terrible I didn't want to eat anything but right now my appetite comes and goes. My concern is that now when I feel like eating something I get full quickly. If anyone gone thru this?

Yea mate , its normal for a low appetite went through it myself and lost 3 stone .

My stomach was "off" to much acid produced with anxiety and IBS bloated feeling and felt full very quickly no interest in food at all , 4 years later i,m over it and fat again :blush:

I can feel much better now, since i Suffer from health anxiety my mind was thinking other stuff, I can relax now.:)
