Itching below my left rib

Hi New here, I suffered from Health Anxiety and every little pinch my mind start racing and think the worst. Right now, I have this itch that come and goes under my left rib in the middle stomach I just had a sonogram like a three weeks ago for a pain in that area and the right too everything came normal but like people like me still my mind thinking that they had miss something and my anxiety keep rolling
