Abdo pain??

When I press down on a specific spot on my belly (which has a little bit of harder fat) it feels bruised! It's a spot just on the left to my bellybutton. Is this anything to worry about? I tried gently pressing down on the spot and letting go, but it didn't have pain after that. It's like a mild pain and it's not an ache.

No, it's not due to "I was pressing it too much" because the first time I pressed it it hurt!!

Not knowing how hard you're pressing it could be because you're poking yourself, or trapped wind?

I don't know I tried pressing on other areas and it feels the same, but it doesn't hurt when I press it again and it does in this other spot which is basically like o the left of my belly button! And it only hurts when I press down. It could be because I keep pressing it I guess, but I'm convinced I have Inflammatory bowel disease... ugh. Nope not trapped wind
