Am I unique in this, I feel so silly. Im ok in the day now and work 3 days a week. But a nervous wreck at night. I really want to live in a detached cottage in the countryside, I think about it all the time; even how I'd have the furniture! Im private renting a decent house but its terraced and if I hear my neighbours I stay up all night on the laptop/reading etc because Im so worried it'll wake my kids up or they'll get louder, or have a party. Many nights are quiet and they arent anti social as such. Ive been like this for years since my first child was born and hes 18 tomorrow! Ive considered a major overdose just to get away from it, and I did used to dose myself up a lot.
