it's likely my health anxiety, but i picked up a cold around the beginning of the week or midweek and had congestion of the sinuses and ears with a sore throat and a dry cough. The cough and sore throat have almost gone, but the congestion of my sinuses is still there and it's annoying. I have always had trouble with my sinuses when i get colds, but thought it would have gone by now.
I am probably worrying too much as it's only been a short time since i picked up the cold, so probably need to wait. Also, i have been inconsistent with my medication and only been taking ibruprofen every now and then and vitamin c tablets every day, but that's about it. I drink lots of water anyway, but could be drinking more and the weather is getting worse and i've been going out in all weathers and going to the gym almost every day too. Should i stop and rest up, go easy or continue as i am?
Should i visit the doctor or give the cold time to go and not be in such a hurry?
