i have panic attacks but some time in day i feel like overcome it. but in the night i can not sleep well, can,t sleep from 3 am. should i try to overcome it by myself or go to meet a dr?

Perhaps it would be useful for you to go and see your GP and see what they say. It's always more difficult to manage your panic attacks at night because you're more vulnerable then, and your brain isn't fully awake...

Try to overcome it but still seek consultation. It's better to prevent this before it actually becomes worse. Also, you can try some natural remedies and nutritional supplements that can help you sleep. Tea, meditation, endoca, aromatherapy, melatonin, and simple music can calm your nerves and relax your body.
