My eyes ache, especially when I look around or look up. It kind of feels like a heavy pressure. It's also giving me headaches. It's there 24/7, even on waking, and makes me a little dizzy.
I've got muscle strains in my upper back, spine and neck which could be to blame.
Could it possibly be a sinus problem even though I do not have a runny or congested nose?
I recently had a brain and spine MRI which was all clear so I hope it's nothing sinister. :ohmy:
