Worrying new sensation - head squeezing

For the past week, my head has been feeling like it is being squeezed. This is driving me up a wall with anxiety. I can't stop worrying about what it might be, and I can't convince myself it's just tension in my scalp and neck.

I would appreciate any advice.

You have huge number of muscles in our scalp that can all contract and make it feel as if you are wearing a very tight hat, at its worst it causes a tension headache over your head.
