omg i feel sick dizy,and utter panic and i not going untill tomorrow i really want to go and face my fears but at the moment panic is taking over

Hi. I'm sure you will be fine. The anticipation tends to be worse than the event. Whatever happens, you can only do your best, and you must give yourself a massive pat on the back for even trying! :D[Yeah!]

Is it a group meeting or a one to one session?

hiys its a group session and lasts for 10 weeks i have been having cbt at home since september,this is going to be a real test for me i really want to go at the moment panic is taking over,

Ah, take some deep breaths and try to relax. It's a great thing that you've got the courage and strength to do this for yourself! Pat yourself on the back, because any step taken to help yourself is a big step forward. I congratulate you for your strength to take this thing on and seek out help, it can be very difficult to do.

You will do well, we believe in you and we'll all be cheering you on.
