Hello,

My anxiety has reared its ugly head again.

One week ago I took part in a Team Building Event with my work which was Go-Karting. Somebody went into the back of me as a result of somebody going into the back of them, this obviously at some force. My head got threw right back (at no point did any part of my body come int contact with anything) and I am not sure if my eyes rolled as I lost focus in my eyes, I was really shook up. I am now majorly concerned that I have caused damaged which has been delayed, mainly internal bleeding in my neck. I have no neck pain but my tounge now feels swollen and "achy". I am growing increasingly concerned. Anybody with Health Anxiety should not go Go-karting!

Would really appreciate your advice.

It would seem to me that if you had internal bleeding in your neck that you wouldn't be posting.

My rational side thinks exactly the same but my evil Health Anxiety Irrational side will not let my rational side win:blush:.

Thank you for giving my rationality a leg up:D x
