My health anxiety is sky high because of actual things that are causin me pain
First it was a cat bite
Then I had a ibs flare up
Then my acid reflux flared up
And now I'm ovulating
I just wondered if ovulation can be really painful?
So much so paracetomol isn't helping
The pain I'm getting in my left ovary area is every few minutes it feels like it's about to explode gets so painful then just disappears :(
I'm so scared it's not normal tho. And it is real painful!
The doctor examined me last week and couldn't feel cysts yet I'm still scared it is can any women relate and give me advice on how to cope? Thanks in advance
