Hi there, I'm new to posting but have read a few things from this forum before.

I am a 35 year-old male and have been suffering from anxiety for almost 10 years, most of which has been health-related. Over the years I've had many tests for all sorts of ailments from ECGs to ultrasound scans and tubes down my throat, none of which came to anything (thankfully).

At the moment I am going through bouts of anxiety based on career and general future choices and would love to speak to you all about your experiences.
