So I'm pretty much constantly aware of my heartbeat, I'm one of those people!
I'm also pretty aware that I get a lot of skipped beats; normal heartbeat, feels like it stops for a second, then THUD back in.
I've kind of noticed it happens ALOT after meals, or if I'm really really warm. Sometimes getting up, and walking around settles it. But I mean, how normal is this?

22 year old male, normal weight, no alcohol and no smoking, and also I've cut down my caffeine intake dramatically recently!
