So tired of all those fears.. Dizziness all the time

Hi everyone...

I just wanted to ask, if anybody has similar symptoms. I am experiencing severe dizziness very often. Not so long ago I had blood tests, ekg tests done.. everything came back normal. I was now for 2 weeks on a vacation, and this happened only twice or so.. Now that I back home it is everything the same again: dizziness, complete exhaustion.. I have anxiety now for almost 6 years and dizziness was never so strong. Is this a normal anxiety symptom? :weep::weep:

I think so, I have the same, also blood tests and ecg, nothing found. Dizzyness comes and goes, I do notice it particularly at times of heightened anxiety, currently struggling with a whooshing sound in my ears most of the day as well as waking up to heartbeat in my ears, it has been considered a possible inner ear disturbance which could perhaps also account for dizzyness, lets see how that one pans out. In the end, there is no doubt that I have been/am very anxious recently and dizziness is a well known symptom.
Hope you get some resolution for yours soon.
