Radiator cover old back boiler anxiety

I had some hot air coming from it as I never knew it was on there was a radiator cover vented though could I still have carbon monoxide poisoning and die? :blush:

It's a back boiler too I heard people saying if you don't replace these they are a risk will it be a big risk?

Yes it's just above the radiator cover at the gas heater.

As long as it's working (which you can test) then it will let you know whether there is any risk!
