Guildford new friends?

Hi,
I've recently been diagnosed and I've found myself basically isolating myself meaning I've lost majority of my friends.
I'm 29 from Guildford and due to get married (cue anxiety!)
I'd like to take small steps in finding friends who are like me and therefore understand, rather than constantly explaining.
I work from home and have a child at school so ideally I can meet up during the day and maybe go for a coffee or something?

Getting married sounds good!
I got married last year... my wife has anxiety as well..... she managed to be fine for it.
As long as you keep calm and try and enjoy it you will be fine :)
Do you have a date already?

Also I sadly work in Kent during the week, but I live near Guildford in Leatherhead :)
