Hello, I am a 32 year old mum of two young girls. About 2 months ago, I noticed a small patch of redness on my left breast just above my nipple. I thought it was just my bra rubbing so didn't think anything of it. Then a few weeks later, I had a blocked milk duct on my nipple. It drained by itself so the doctor said that was fine. But that got me thinking about the red patch so I started to feel underneath it and could feel a smooth, slightly moveable lump!:-( the doctor thinks it is a cyst but has referred me to the breast clinic. I am out of my mind with worry...not sleeping, not eating...😥😥😥
