Hello everyone,
I've been on this site since a few years now with different symptoms. In general I've been doing better and right now I'm not on medication.

However lately one of the symptoms has become worse. Basically when I'm walking sometimes I have kind of a sudden loss of balance. It feels as I will fall, but never did. It last for split a second but it's scary.

Has anyone had something similar? Any idea what is can be?

Thank you

This is one of my main concerns atm. It seems fairly common but it's hard to find any information on it. Mine seems to be worse if I haven't eaten enough.

Read through that and see if it sounds familiar.

Yeah I get that quite a lot. I put it down to panic and anxiety and being overly sensitive to my body. Usually happens when I start walking. If I calm myself and say it's just anxiety it doesn't usually happen!

Thanx for your replies...it's reassuring to know that it's anxiety related. I get it more when I haven't eaten enough as well and also happens mostly when I start walking.
