Shooting sensation

Hi Guys.


I was just curious as to whether anyone has ever suffered with what feels like a quick sharp shooting sensation in their head? I've had it a couple of times, its abit like my nerve is being plucked lol, it happens out of the blue and can last a few seconds. It feels like it is going from the top of my head to deep inside.

Also recently i have been suffering with dizzyness (for about 4 weeks) which has made me tired and drained. But i have developed this buzzing sensation in a patch on the bottom of my lower left leg! Could thisl be related to stress?

I think they are widely referred to as 'Head Zaps' and seem to be quite common, though not very pleasant at the time !

I get this too and totally frieks me out every time. If its not that i get like a vibration feeling in the head which i think is worse when i'm sleep deprived!
