Spot on scalp, anyone else got this?

Since August I've had this painful spot/pimple at the back of my head in my hair that keeps going away and coming back, has anyone had this?

It only hurts when it touch it. But I did pick it which made it painful without touching once.

Hey there! I have just the exact same thing, I had a flare up of spots at the back of my head but one would not go away. Had it for a month it would come up and down so I got it checked as I thought it was something bad. Turned out it was just infected, Dr gave me some antibiotics an with in a week it had nearly gone!

Just seen your edit, if you picked it more likely it is infected!

Thanks mate and yeah I think il just leave it alone and let it heal :)
