introducing myself

hello, my name is patricia, i have just registered. I live in spain and am waiting for my first appointment with a psycho therapist for my years or panic attacks and now also agoraphobia. as I live alone, (2cats) have decided to do something about my condition. up to now have been taking lorazepam, but that is not a cure is it?
